Positive thoughts are a must! Laws have changed over the years! Believe it or not it is a crime to abandon animals. It's considered abuse just as much as beating an animal. It's defiantly not okay to starve animals. So we shall see what takes place, animal control is the ones in charge of the case, and are the ones taking the charges out.

dawg...I am talking about our court system in Ashe County. Thieves, domestic violence, dope dealers, and drunk drivers get away with their crimes. Tell me how leaving dogs somewhere is going to put someone in jail????
