Just tried the BEST hairdresser- Belinda who owns Belinda's. A friend had her hair done- I loved it she did mine and my husband and we are both so pleased...$10.00 no tip no washing or styling a little more for that. She is located in the small strip in Jefferson across from the Yamaha Dealer.
