I knew these baptists were hateful people; praying that the lord would put a burden on someone's heart. I hope that she doesn't get anyone to go with her to that hateful church.

a lot of you don't understand that we do pray for you that are lost. The ad I posted was not putting the church down the preacher and church body was awesome . People do worship threw music and some are blessed by different kinds and yes if God is in it that's all that matters and yes I plan on going to bald mtn from now on and hope to take some of you with me . I hope and pray that one day when the lord comes again that we all can say we are ready to go no matter what your domination is .. We all are sinners and no sin is greater than the other . You don't have to answer to me and if you want to call me names I will just pray harder that the lord will burden your heart and that maybe you can come to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior . I hear you Passtime. It is confusing splitting church songs up and singing two at a time, and when the words aren't correct on the screen - "since" instead of "sin", for example, and when the screen doesn't change in time for the next stanza to begin, it makes it even harder to keep up.

WTF you're right there. When I read the first post I was wondering what kind of fool would write such drivel. If somebody goes to a church service and the only thing they can find about it to pith and moan about is the music or the way it is presented I would say they found a church that fits their needs quite well. Like you, I don't to that church, or any other one for that matter. What this Passtime moron wrote is about the same as someone saying they went to Charlotte and tuned in a radio station while they were there and didn't like the songs the station was playing so they won't go back to Charlotte again. Mindless, easily duped.

I'm not baptist and never will be; to many hateful people. But for a church to split because people don't like the music is effing stupid. No wonder there are so many baptist churches; it's because they are all self centered idiots.

I recently visited bald mtn church ,great people nice church but as I listened to their music director I realized that the church needs a different style of music . Mountain people like old hymns like amazing grace in the book not on the screen . As I talked to some members they felt the same way about the style. She is a great person but taking 2 or 3 songs and craming it into one that isn't good . Just opinion don't want to see another church split . When you sing songs that you can actually feel Gods presence its a feeling you don't forget. This post is not meant to offend no one just hoping it would put a bug in their ear and watch the church get even bigger. Thanks and God Bless !
