Could Felicia dress up in a cheer leading dress, put bows in her hair, then come to the dogs house sit in the dogs lap and say "ravish me dog"?

Felicia, what a sexy name. It turns my motor up a notch just hearing it.

averagebear, you hit the nail on the head. If the crybabies were whining and weren't satisfied, they should be watching from the dog pound. Bye Felicia.

They don't have to make good grades to play. They only have to make passing grades to play. Best case is some schools require a c average. That's not good grades

What should really be questioned here is the "leadership" that allowed these kids and parents to run the program instead of the people they hired to do so. These players should have been suspended from coming back to the team under any circumstance and their parents forced to take it to the school board, thus having to argue their case in an open meeting. If it had come to that, they would have never perused it. These are the type of people that won't do anything that makes them expose themselves for who they really are.

Alright, Dog, I'm looking for a good response to that "expose" comment.

Nado they have to make good grades to even get to play.

Put yourself in the place of the kid. I would only be playing football or basketball so that I got preferential treatment from the teachers, got my grades curved, got to go out with only the hottest girls.

The parents on the other hand are in it only for bragging rights.

That similar to the numbers I've seen. What I have read before is that only about 1 percent of high school athletes will get to play in college, and the same holds for how many college players will turn pro.

It really makes much more sense to worry about the kids grades instead of a basketball game

Only 2 percent of the students enrolled in colleges that are members of the NCAA are receiving athletic scholarships. I think only 60 percent of those are full but i could be wrong on that. either way, not very good odds of getting a scholarship.

I wonder how many of those young men will get scholarships to play college basketball? These young me need to learn that the world isn't as forgiving or manipulative as they may think. In short, reality is going to be a real A** kicker!

And, it helps to keep it in perspective, It is a bunch of kids playing a game in the gym.

In the course of history, what happens will make very little difference in anyones life.

This is what happens when you let parents/kids decide what's going to happen rather than the coach.

I wonder how the mommies and daddies are feeling now after the fab four kicked their coach out. The team isn't doing so well now. They had a coach that would actually push them and make them work. Now they look like they don't even know what they are doing. Way to go mommies and daddies. You might want to get those boys off the nipple before they graduate.

Well look who's out of rehab in time for the new year. I didn't realize it had been 90 days already. In all seriousness, I wish you all the luck. Hopefully this time you can stay away from the needle

Thank you Basking for your great comment, when an adult that went to high school can't even write or type a proper sentence, now that is sad.

I dont see any coach folding to parents pressure. Their egos are way to big for that. Much like a barney.
