Swanky, which one are you referring to? There is only one of the waitresses that I didn't care for and I'm thinking she may be the OP of the truth be known. I've also eaten here many times and haven't witnessed any of these things pie and the OP are talking about. Well, other than the blonde manager that is rude. However, I discussed my opinion about that in my previous post.

I have seen it multiple times, plus other items used behind the porch that was built in the parking lot.

I like eating at this establishment. I've never seen any of the employees drunk in public or on the job. However, I'm glad that some of their wait staff have been fired or quit. Personally a few of them need to be gone at this time. One of which, I personally wouldn't let her wait on a roach (non smoking one) because she is disgusting. Anyway, this is a reasonably priced and good establishment to eat at.

I don't have a problem with tavern or blackjacks, blackjacks has good food and good service

Pie I can assure you that gruf knows how to tip, knows how to dirnk, and is not "somebody".

Well you need to tip like a gentleman for people to remember you Gruf, and two, I guess you always just need to be somebody to start off with. If you don't understand that, you never will.

If I go to a bar, and on the third time back they don't know me by name and what my drink of choice is, I won't be back. Blackjack's has it right, Boondocks has it right, and the Tavern ain't got it right.

Why don't you just go to Tavern and not worry about it. Better food & better staff

Ive never known a bartender that didn't drink on the job. Wait, take that back. I saw a pregnant girl tending bar in a strip club. She wasn't drinking. I believe she was only smoking. But other than that, not only do they drink, it's customary to buy your bartender a shot

No one likes rudeness or do they like seeing a confrontation between employees. Thats just purely unprofessional and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. One business with bad management and attitudes will hurt the rest of the businesses in town.

Also, if you know G personally and respect him why would you post he has "banged" one of his employees knowing he is a married man. Ummm... Sounds like somebody is just trying to start trouble. We do eat there regularly because we love the food. I do agree the female manager is a bit rude to the staff and even customers. However, I don't think it is going close them down. The place is the only microbrewery in Ashe and that is a big thing right now. Plus, their food is good. Many people that eat there don't live here and are used to haughty people. Now when servers are rude and unhelpful, there is a problem.

Mommy claims to personally know the owners and respect them and want their business to do well, however mommy decides it would be a good idea to call her friends business out via social media than go to the owner. So mommy, what did you get fired for? You get caught smoking in the back?

I don't visit the place because I don't drink, but if you personally know the owner why haven't you talked in private to them about it rather than posting this on a public board?

The bartender is not in question here. It's the manager who is an alcoholic and is always drunk. Even on the clock. It's the management that needs to change. Never said anything about the bartenders or other staff.
