I had a 1/4 lb Little Thickburger at Hardees today. It was great and only $3.09 plus tax. Best deal in town for a quality burger.

Oh, Michael White owns it (and the Bojangles), I do not know how to contact him though.

I've gone twice.

Both times through the drivethru.

One time I had to get a substitution on one item because they were out of the item I ordered (was near closing time).

The other time my food was cold.

I've thus not been back, Hardee's seems to always get my order right, and so does Wendy's. Not that I eat out a lot just a couple times a month.

The food is what burger tells them it is to be. The same crap they serve at every location. As for the service, I've never seen a Burger King with decent service at all. Roulette has better odds than a correct order at a Burger King

Because rather than improving on their service and food, they'd rather improve their parking lot.

Why are they closed? They have cones blocking the entrances.

You need to step back and reevaluate your life when you're able to discern the differences in "quality" between one Burger King and another, or any fast food establishment for that matter. Fast food is universally terrible, and that guy cooking your Whopper or Big Mac is destined for Coffee House, not Morton's. Just be happy you didn't get shortchanged or sick, that's the definition of a good fast food dining experience. I get having high expectations when you're forking over $150 for a bottle of red wine and bone-in veal chop, but for fast food? Come on. That's like complaining that the mayonnaise-based salad sandwich you bought at Dollar Mart had a speck of mold on it.

I expect my food, fast or otherwise not to taste like it was prepared yesterday. I travel enough and have to eat at many fast food joints. I know it is not Mortons or even better, Peter Luger's but it should taste fresh.

Cannot be as bad as the one in Boone. I ate there yesterday and had the worst sandwich I have had in several years. Absolutely horrible. Probably would have been good 24 hours earlier.

I eat there now and then and have no complaints. Got two great Whoppers there yesterday for $5.00. How can you beat a deal like that?

First, you're not going to get contact information for the person who owns the place and even if you did, he isn't going to take the time to listen to some hillbilly complain about the service and the quality of their Whopper. Second, if you complain to the manager, you're just about as effective as talking to yourself in the mirror. Look at your receipt and go online to fill out the survey. if nothing improves, buy some raw burgers and buns at Food Lion and grill them yourself.

I haven't graced the premises and doubt I ever do, but it has been open far long enough to not have complaints of service and food unless they have gone back to the old days. Where the best service was out the drive thru window.

Run up to the Bojangles and ask for the manager, same corporation owns both units. The other option would be to find the franchise sign in the Burger King write the name down and find the owners down in Charlotte.
