I am beginning to really like you coin. I dont see Johnnie boy handling these cases. Outside attorneys are already at work is my bet.

This is just a mess that is going to cost the taxpayers a fortune. Who is John Kilby going to represent in this? As county attorney it seems he has a conflict of interest no matter what. We will end up paying outside attorneys to represent both sides. If the BOC thinks the planning board had no authority to hear the appeal, why didn't they get an injunction to stop it before it happened. They certainly had notice that it was going to happen. In the end, we will have spent a lot of money and Appalachian Materials will get their asphalt plant where they want it.

Aoor do you have any update on the money spent thus far by the county on attorney fees? Not to mention this court filing and its attorney fees.
