Warning Tickets can appear on DMV records. It depends on the jurisdiction in which the ticket was issued. In some jurisdictions they are entered into the record and others they are not as a matter of law.

In other words that warning ticket counted toward his quota for the week.

I talked to the troopers CO today and after he talked to the trooper he called me back and said that he should have not written me the warning ticket. He said the trooper told him he did it as a way to document the stop and he told the trooper that was not how things were done.

One time I was coming up the mountain to Boone, and it was so foggy that you couldn't see but maybe 5 or 10 feet in front of you. I was barely moving, going maybe 5 mph because it was so dangerous, but I needed to get to work.

Then I got pulled over! I thought the cop was going to warn me about a problem ahead because there was no way I was doing anything wrong.

It turned out that the sticker on my license plated had expired the day before. I had renewed it and put the registration in my dash, but forgot to put the sticker on. I showed it to him so he knew that everything was OK, and he still gave me a warning ticket.

I wasn't worried about the ticket, though. What really made me upset was that he pulled me over in such a dangerous time, because of a sticker! That was extremely dangerous over a very tiny infraction.

I don't know what to tell you clod other than what I have said already my last employer was a pretty straight shooter and I have no reason not to believe him. I also have no idea how he would have found out if it didn't come up on my record.

Why don't you ask trooper miller who the new kid in Watauga county is his initials are R.T. and is pretty young and why he would write a fraudulent ticket after being shown a valid medical exemption. His supervisor name and number would be helpful as well.

I just spoke with Officer Miller of the Highway Patrol, he said NO a warning ticket will not show up on your MVR no matter what type license you hold.

It does if you have a commercial DL I found out the hard way over a warning ticket for break/tail lights and turn signal being out when my last employer ran a check on my driving record. I was surprise when he ask me if I made it a habit of driving around with no lights on my vehicle. I told him no and ask where he got such an idea his answer was it came up on my driving record check.

I not whining I'm just pissed that he wrote me a fraudulent ticket that will now show up on my Driving record and since I have CDLs my employer or future employer may have questions about it.

JT, why are you whining so much over a "warning ticket"? Heaven forbid if he had actually written you a citation.. We never would hear the end of it... Now take your cheese along with your whine and return to the corner from which you came...

It must be a mental exemption.

You can breeze on through now. The FL attorney general took care of the problem. Took long enough.

Good ol' Waldo, FL! We were pulling out of a Hardee's around 7:00am and my husband didn't turn his lights on until we pulled out of the parking lot. Of course, when he did they flashed right on one of Waldo's finest. That will be $163 mistake we will never forget. Now we try to avoid that route at all cost when visiting family.

There is no doubt in my mind that they have a quota. They also must catch at least one drunk a week.
