Because he so far has kept them from really looking as stupid as they are is the only reason I can see they have not held him on the move. I feel sure Judy told him not to worry about it.

To answer the question, yes he is foolish. But what would expect from a political hack? And why hasn't the board held him to the job description to live in Ashe County?

What he did in Caldwell before taking a county manager job is irrelevant. But a county manager should not get involved in politics in the county he serves. It shows poor judgement on his part.

That would be correct master. He also maintains a residence there for the weekends. Hes not in the county then.

I heard this and hoped it was a joke. Hoped he wasn't this stupid.

A few sources have it that he will be the keynote speaker at a republican party meeting in Ashe county. Has he lost his mind? I think I already know the answer to that.
