I think the new middle school should be all mobile units. What this county needs is a school based on a trailer park design.

I doubt any of the Smethport tracts are "sewer and septic ready" as stated in the paper; although I suspect they meant water and sewer ready. That being said it stands to reason that the site is in Jefferson or West Jefferson near the high school or out toward Jefferson Landing, Westwood or Mountain View where water and septic hookup would be available.

I was thinking the same thing. I know there are several large tracks that could be used.
