Did they have any reason they gave to support a need for a guard? Has there been a problem with theft, vandalism, robbery or rape? Was there a near altercation where someone was threatened or some creepy dump truck driver hanging out giving women the creeps? Or did they just want to be proactive and make everyone just feel safer, even though they are not?
You know, sometimes you increase your own liability by providing what is presumed to be protection, over when you leave something as more of a use at your own risk.

Must have been some serious crimes committed up there at Family Central. It would seem to me that if those that are seeking the services provided there can't behave themselves, maybe the whole thing should be shut down altogether. Maybe build some low income housing in it's place. Or, sell it since it does seem to be a nice piece of property and let a developer buy it. But a Barney there all the time? Nope. County services should be in a centralized location anyway.
