Does calling people names make you feel "superior"? Grow up.

Maybe people have had ill intentions before.

if you want to organize a group to go clean up, then go ahead. see if you can get permisssion from **** to clean their property. be prepared for a lawsuit if you go on anyones property and start removing objects whether you consider it trash or not. others have tried to help in this matter.

There is no excuse, but I know these men....and they are sickly. I would be willing to organize a clean up, if possible....*(of course, after talking with the land owners).

the county has taken the ****to court for the junk. fines are adding up each day. trial suppose to be in january. **** lawyer keeps asking for continuance. trash on highway right of way is state and county cant do anything about it.

Oh, I thought you meant litter. If it is a junk yard, that is a different issue.

what do you mean by trash? The junk yard or whatever it is, has to be dealt with by the county. They have ordinances, but I guess they are not enforcing them. Same problem exists in Creston with the mess Keyes has old refrig, etc.

Because the Department Of Transportation (the department in charge of maintaining the roads) is a state department. The county has nothing to do with it. Take it up with the state.

Why does the county allow **** to get away with this? I know that the commisioners and Dan McMillann are well aware of this but wont do anything about this. This is a disgrace to Ashe County.
