Wilkes Steel, Airgas, James Oxygen in Wilkes exchange bottles. Wilkes Steel has Machine and Welding tanks, the others are their own tanks.

Does NAPA still swap tanks? They used to.

Do you own the tank? You may have to prove ownership in order to get them filled. I do know that if you take a tank to James oxygen and it didn't come from there they will send your tank to Hickory to be filled but will not swap it out.

You can exchange them at ORileys I think.

I do not believe that there is a business who does this. You may be able to find a filled bottle at Tractor supply, I know that some of their stores carry MIG tanks. Looks like there is a James Oxygen supply in Wilkes County.
