I'm just impressed someone was able to find a 2 year old newspaper clipping.
"Aggressive" "Economic" "Development" in Ashe County really means who can bring in the the most tourists with which useless trinket shop.

Judy PeePee the gift that keeps giving and giving - kind of like an STD. Her minion Yearick needs to go before he helps her put this county so far behind it will never get out of the hole.

Why, he's making all of the county property nice and beautiful. Heaven help that the lamp posts at the courthouse did not match the railings. Hire a professional painter when the county has a maintenance department. Can taxpayers afford him and his OCD? Of course, when his fearless leader takes over DSS he will need a raise due to his increased job duties. I'd love to have McMillan back. We would be much further ahead.

Let's be honest. The hose jockey clubhouse is what you are really upset about. Well, it's not going to happen. It's a waste of money

When he was hired, he talked about being aggressive with economic development and that he had a strategy - well where are the jobs? Where are the new businesses and industries? What is this strategy that he didn't want to reveal - or was that because there was no strategy just like there are no jobs?

And where is the fire training center that he kept telling us that he supported and was coming soon? Can anyone point out even one accomplishment that Yearick has done for this county?
