I don't find the overdose strange. Not like someone that ran over their girlfriend is going to be getting a real high class of girlfriends after that. So no, I don't doubt the overdose as likely being legitimate.

There was a young woman killed (hit by a car) on 88 a little over two years ago by her boyfriend during a domestic dispute! Now his new girlfriend is supposedly dead by an overdose??? Kinda strange don't you think? Especially with his sentencing coming up from the 1st death!! Two woman around him within the past two years and now both are dead!!! I believe if I was a woman I would run like heck from this dude that apparently is getting away with this crap!!!!
