Addition to post: Offering frozen onion rings is a definite NO NO!!! Bar B Que King in Lincolnton, NC offers home made onion rings...Smokey Mt. should do likewise or remove the item from your menu!

Que, chicken and fish are good. Good side dishes but portions are very small. Suggestion for management would be to increase their side dishes. Two small bites of cole slaw does not suffice IMHO.
