Oh, and Stupid, in the close meeting rule that you just posted, not one place in it does it say anything about who can be or not be in a closed meeting. And I believe that employ matters like salary and contracts fall under the category 1. They then become public matter once the board decides to vote on approving the matter.

The best thing you can do is calm the **** down until the information actually comes out. You are trying to create hysteria with no information.

The only good ole boys we ever had were with three commissioners. On resigned. One chose not to run. One is a lame duck but is too stupid to understand that.Their foolishness was seen by everyone. You just can not fix stupid.

To be so smart you are a blathering idiot to speak of something you know so litte!!! I also never said the commissioners were not at fault either!!! Just spoke to the continuation of the Good Ole Boy system you all have ragged on about for the last year and a half!!!

And btw, no one can make the commissioners put an item on the agenda or to have a closed session meeting. That is under the control of the chair. So even if something has been handled incorrectly, it would be the fault of the commissioners, specifically the chair, for letting it happen and the fault of the county attorney for not informing them the decision was a violation.

Stupid, only certain types of business qualify for closed session meetings. It has nothing to do with who the meeting is with. And you clearly don’t comprehend or understand sunset laws.

Well ......the BS just keeps getting deeper. One of two good men were elected and some folks can not support the winner until there is a reason not to. Foolishness.

All the exclaimantion points in the world won’t change that.

PRIVATE CITIZENS cannot meet with commissioners to discuss matters that affect the county or any dept thereof or conduct business of any kind concerning a dept that said person is not even in charge of yet!!! Sunshine laws exist for a reason. Hey Fins why don't you and Jack go to the county commissioners and ask for a meeting in executive session to see about opening up a who*re house!!! You two decide which one will run it by hand till you get it up and running!!! See how that goes over since you two are Private Citizens!!!!

Tell the Truth Brandon!!!!!

Stupid, there is no law preventing a private citizen from being in a closed session meeting. The rules only govern what topics must and must not be discussed in a closed session meeting. And as sheriff elect setting up his administration, it is perfectly normal to present requests to the commissioners. You are trying to create a controversy that doesn’t exist

new reader

Posted 5:32 pm, 11/20/2018

Until he is sworn in he is a PRIVATE CITIZEN who has no power or authority to make or even meet behind closed doors!!! Thus his request must be in a public setting, that is all I am saying!!! As far as defending Bufurt you all brought up the fact he asked for a raise. He had already been sworn in and was sheriff then!!!

Tell the Truth Brandon!!!!!

Moron, he is the sheriff elect. The whole fact you defended Bufurt in his actions for the same thing you are accusing Howell it shows your true motives. And a department head can go to the commissioners and ask for anything. That’s not illegal. He could ask for a nice bass boat for a signing bonus for an employee. The commissioners approving is what would be illegal.

Fins you're the stupid one! Bufurt was Sheriff when he did that!! Two trying to have a crave out for his second is illegal!! Third he is still a private citizen until he is sworn in!!

Tell the Truth Brandon!!!!!
