Does the farm workers phone run an Android system or an IOS system?

I saw where there are about 4 unlocked models that will work on both bands an Iphone 6, iphone 6s, and a couple from Samsung.

When he got it last year, it was the cheapest LG 4G LTE smartphone they had. He paid around $50 for it. It has been beat to crap, dropped in water, stepped on and everything else bad you can do to a phone, and still works better than my iphone.

FairPlay, I found a spot in the middle of no where TN about an hour outside of Nashville where AT&T (GSM signals) performed better than Verizon (CDMA ). I was surprised, but I guess there are a few rare areas. But if he is consistently outperforming your phone, I wonder if his is a dual band design. I'd be curious to know the make and model also.

I currently have Verizon but in the last couple of weeks it has really dropped service bad. Most places I go in Wilkes and Ashe has unusable data and I hate CWW so I really don't want to go back to them.

Interesting---see if you can identify the brand of the phone.

We were at an auction out of Harlan, KY last year when his phone rang, about a dozen people came over and wanted to know what kind of phone he had that got service there. It was my wife. She could not get me or my daughter on our phones,CWW or Verizon, but his worked.

Apple has always been notorious for poor quality antennas. I don't remember which model, but one of their phones was affected by the way you held the phone.

A kid that works around the farm for us has Metro PCS, and gets coverage everywhere for $30 a month. He has a smart phone that works better then my expensive Apple phone. I think he got it in either Boone, or Wilkesboro

No GSM service. They won't work.

Anyone in Ashe have AT&T or Cricket? If so, how is it?
