There is no evidence of any such thing. But you don't care about the actual facts. Only your own assumptions.

Plenty of evidence that Ashe has the biggest number of excuse makers per capita whatever the case may be.

There are so many factors that go into this analysis, many more than just the % of deaths based on population. factors such as age, (is Ashe older than the rest of the state?) Chronic conditions (How does Ashe rank in the health ratings for Counties in the State?) vaccination % of the population (how does Ashe stack up compared to other Counties?) Once you have those factors you'll be able to start calculating a risk adjusted death rate which may or may not tell you anything about the care being provided at AMH.

I haven't seen those stats either but I don't doubt they're right. Can somebody check how many of them were deaths during or after stays at Ashe Memorial or how many were Ashe residents hospitalized at Watauga or somewhere else? How many were on vents and how many died at home? Inquiring minds want to know.

Statistically Ashe County appears to have more die due to corona per capita than any other County in the State of North Carolina. Is Ashe Hospital that bad?
