No wonder the ranks of barneys are so bad with bufurt as an instructor.

Jack, lmao... actually, my x just got out of there. Maybe you think that wearing a uniform and carrying a gun means something. Well, duh. Typically people only become cops because they are either to lazy and dumb to go to college or they were beat up in elementary school and have the little man complex. As far as Buchanan goes, He and Phil were instructing partners in WCC and still pretty good buds.. So watch your mouth.
As far as the x saying anything about inmates with cell phones... Nope. Not a word about that.

So are you an inmate or a disgruntled jail boy like bufurt that cant be trusted with a gun? Are you part of the problem with the phones getting in?
All managers/supervisors/directors have those employees or employee that dont like them and are vocal. So there is nothing new here.

I read today where Alleghany county is broke. The state has sent them a letter about their fund balance being too low. They have so long to respond with the ways they are going to fix it or the state will come in and take over.
