I remember a few years ago David was actually on this site under a fictitious name of course. He along with another clown from down at Fleetwood who fins and I quickly found out who he was and he soon disappeared. I wonder if he ever sold that 700K buck joint Fins? At some point some not so intelligents even accused Fins of being David. That was a good laugh.

10 days active time as part of his sentence. I'd imagine that this may be broken into one or more stretches of time. The sentence was for sexual exploitation of a minor 2nd degree, not assault. Exploitation has to do with p**nography, possession and distribution, not physical touching.

But you can take away their right to vote and their 2nd amendment rights. You can also restrict who they associate with. Keeping them away from the internet does not restrict their free speech. It just would set limitations to where they could express that speech.

So I found an article that says that in 2017 a NC judge ruled it was against the 1st ammendment rights to deny social media access to even convicted sexual predators! That is ridiculous.
