Billy where did you get your fake news? I would have bet the farm Rose would have been a no show. Is Browns record clean? If so the judge and his lawyer need to be thrown out of law. Common clowns with records as long as my (make the women happy tool) get much less. What a shame.

Bill certainly got screwed. I wonder who his attorney was. He did not start it. Rose started it, and instead of being calm and de-escalating, Rose did everything he could to antagonize and escalate the situation.

Ashe County Superior Court update
Billy J. Brown, 73, of West Jefferson, was charged with assault with deadly weapon, government official. Brown was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 18 months supervised probation.

Bills court date is tomorrow I wonder how it will go. If I were him I would put it off until after Hendrix's law suit against Rose is settled.
