I've never heard of anyone having a trust issue with MB. I guess she's like most people. As long as you don't back-stab her, she'll be there for you. Unfortunately, there was some back-stabbing going on with the previous administration.

Howell should give SPrice & the Lt. from Virginia & GCalloway & couple of other's an opportunity to resign - but under no circumstances should he keep them as they will certainly work to undermine Phil and his administration.

Those officers worked hard attacking Phil because they knew if Bucky lost, their party of misconduct would come to an end.

Voters who trusted their eyes over those officers lies and rumors, most people saw first hand what these officers done while wearing a badge in the pictures. When they were exposed, everyone waited for Bucky to fire those officers - but when it became apparent that Bucky wasn't going to end the corruption or even acknowledge the problem, They voted against him.

Look for J. Rose's little spy and texting buddy to try and weasel her way back in at the Sheriff's Office. If Howell is smart he will not trust her.

I’d say as long as Howell doesn’t try to tell Barlow how to runner office they will get along just fine. I’ve not heard of any other agencies or LEOs thst have had issues with her besides Bufurt.

I completely agree with you afic, thst should have been implemented long ago then perhaps Mr.Rivera would have never been a problem. Let’s all pray to whichever holy being everyone worships thst Phil has the foresight to set rules and regulations from the beginning and the ones accountable that choose not to follow them. Everyone needs boundaries and there should be consequences for overstepping them. No matter who you are. The Sheriffs office should always be a place where citizens feel comfortable turning to in times of need and know their best interest is always put ahead of who you are or who you know. The SO has to earn back the respect it lost over the past few years. Phil you have some big shoes to fill I amd many others wish you the best of luck!

I can’t wait for the change of sheriffs hopefully this will be the change Ashe has long needed! This is not going to be Phil’s easiest project probably the hardest of his life. That place is in shambles thanks to Buchanan and his bunch of crooks then Hartley, Bucky and his bunch of corrupt Aholes. Oh yeah let’s not forget the wonderful Mr.Rivera and his best friends from the jail they sure helped Bucky LMAO! Around of applause for SP, GC, KM and the other detention staff that seems to think it’s cool to be friends with former inmates on social networks! That makes the county look really good. Way to go Ashe. Let’s pray Phil puts a stop to the detention staff and the rest of the SO being friendly with former inmates on social pages. Ethics and how not to intermingle with inmates is a few topics that needs to be taught to the jail staff.
