Fact, Court records indicate that Juan was sentenced to almost 3 years. He got out just after Bucky/Hartley returned.

Fact, He is one of the inmates in both pictures. Fact, We know that SP quit right after Buchanan stepped in office. And, we can look at marriage certificates & see when the chairs were used. Fact, We know the other 2 jailers were fired by Buchanan not long after he was in office. The pictures had to have happened prior January 17, 2017 & based on when the inmate was in jail we can come up with a timeframe. (Basically they had to have been taken between 2014 & 2017)

The tobacco law was in effect since the end of 2013. Using inmates for personal gain goes back even further... William's and Bucky were running the show between 2014 to 2017.

Now, the pictures indicate what we currently have working at the jail. Bucky put them back in their positions. Call the County Finance Office and request a copy of their salary. Compare it to the year prior and see if anyone got a raise. (LMAO)

I don't like it either but facts are facts. There's no use sugar coating it or trying to make up an excuse. If people dislike the pictures and the other things that goes on in the "good ol' Boy' (cover for and hire me) system.. they will have to vote for someone other than Bucky.

These pictures have been out since last week - No one at the jail has been fired or suspended. That's a good indication of how Bucky will be if he were to be elected Sheriff!! But that freedom only extends to the good ol' boys. Everyone else will face getting arrested and harrassed for pity crap.

First of all, Juan was not the inmate that lied and accused a jailer of screwing an inmate. That was a different inmate.

Second, let’s say they are e-cigs. You are skipping past the fact that inmates were allowed outside. Never mind that people don’t stand around like that vaping.

And we all know that inmates are upstanding citizens who always tell the truth right? And we also all know know that this same inmate was one of the ones that said a jailor was having relations with an inmate and that said jailor had all the charges dismissed and now has a lawsuit against the county and Buchanan for same right? Believe an inmate that has already proven to be a liar trying to keep his bennies under Buchanan? Yeah right - you guys take the cake.

let-the-truth-out, anyone with half a brain can tell Captain is a former jail employee with an axe to grind. It also doesn't take a rocket scientist to know those are surveillance photos that only someone who worked at the SO or jail at one time would have access to. It's possible the inmate could have been used as a middle man but the photos came from an employee originally.

Captain you are full of it. Give all the dates you claim. I read NC statue 14-258.1 sec f, it states that local jails can still to this day sell tobacco or vabor devices to inmates if they want too. Don’t call me out to do research or I will and show what a lying piece of work you are. Also the so called inmate that tells all started a post and disappeared, then the fools such as your self made up what ever you want and referred that he said it. So just give us proof or shut up. Juan posts talks about Emammuel, who was Buchanan guy. Guide me to the post Juan says he did paint chairs. I could not find it. Just tell me where to look so I can read it myself? After the negative effects of Southern Justice, We had Buchanan... Then negative press..., Now Pictures from 2015-2016 which will probably be featured in the news or somewhere later on.... My family and I think it's time to vote in a new Sheriff & give someone else a chance to lead the county in a positive, new direction. We are all voting for Howell.

Well, there is a few things that one can take from the photos. First let me just say that Aficionados has been right more often than not on everything he's posted.

Now, lets "Let the Truth Out" if you can't tell who's painting the chairs in the pic, let me give you a hint.. they are wearing stripes. (An inmate has already come forward and said it was him painting the chairs and said he done it as a favor for Ms. Price.)

Since it was him painting the chairs and identified the person that he was doing the "favor" for, we can get a good idea of the date because we know Ms. Price left when Buchanan was appointed and was rehired by Bucky when Bucky returned..

The other picture. You said it may have been taken before there were laws against inmates smoking.

Here is what we do know, the 2 pictured are the 2 jailers that Buchanan fired. So we have a good idea when the end date is.

Now, let's review the recorded commissioner's meeting and listen to the female jailer tell us when she was hired.

Now, we have a good idea of the begin date. If that isn't enough, we know that it was while the one inmate was in jail for several counts of DUI. So we now have both a beginning time and an ending time.

Guess what? We can clearly see that it ALL this happened on Bucky/Williams watch. And, we can also see the law and when it became effective and guess what?...

It doesn't matter if it was a security camera or a cell phone camera - other than the fact that it is illegal for any inmate to have communication devices while in custody. (such as cell phones, computers, etc.)

Do we know that they got a raise? Public knowledge. Do your homework.

ok lets look at those pictures. I cann't tell who anyone is in the chair painting pic. The other one is a little better. We do not know when they were taken and by who. They are from the security cameras you can tell. Looks like an ex-employee looking to cause trouble. Would these been in Burcannan's days as KM is pictured and she does not work there anymore. As far a raise for the other jailer who is it and how do you know he got a raise? This could have been years ago when smoking was not illegal in prisons. I know at one time you could buy vaps in the jails but that has stopped now. That law everyone is putting up is for prisons just read it people. People of Ashe do not crap like this sway a vote. This site is full of liars and people that just want to stir crap. Don't listen to Jack, Aflic or the likes there of. If you read all their post they change opinions like underware to get people fighting while they sit back and laugh at them. Do your on research and vote.

Tabs, Let me try and understand you and the other Bucky supporters.

You want to vote for Bucky because one of the 3 reasons:

1.) You know him and feel that he's your friend and will offer you amnesty as he does his jailers. (If nothing else, Bucky, Williams & Hartley will throw you a get out of jail party.)

2.) You'll vote for him because of his party affiliation, Democrat. Which is the dumbest reason of all, to vote for any candidate.

3.) Because you heard about his recent drug bust that resulted in a 10-15 people being charged with multiple counts & think that he is responsible and competent at enforcing laws fairly & equally in Ashe County.

Whatever the case, I am not a Hitler voter and don't vote for people based on their party affiliation. I've known Bucky all my life and like him as a person. I even know a lot of his family who feel the same. Most, like myself aren't voting for him because we don't think he is competent to step up in the role as Sheriff.

No one was happy when Williams & Bucky sold Ashe County to Southern Justice and maybe it doesn't bother you but Absher will do the same.

Good ole buddy system. I despise it. He talks about drug related arrest since he's been back in office. I don't consider kids experimenting with marijuana a big drug bust or someone having a pair of tweezers the real drug problem. I see them as political pawns.

Unfortunately, if those in the bust were his employees or friends. They would not have been arrested.

North Carolina G.S. § 14-258.1.

(c) Any person who knowingly gives or sells any tobacco products, including vapor products, as defined in G.S. 148-23.1, to an inmate in the custody of the Division of Adult
Correction ...and on the premises of a correctional facility ...is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(d) Any person who knowingly gives or sells a mobile telephone or other wireless communications device, or a component of one of those devices, to an inmate in the custody ...of a local confinement facility.., is guilty of a Class H felony.

I could continue looking up using inmates for personal gain and everything else but don't want to write a book.

The point is this, What kind of man would arrest kids for experimenting and others based on hearsay - when you have image's of real crimes being committed under your own roof but aren't willing to arrest, charge or even fire....

Not only did he ignore those crimes but he gave them a raise.

I don't know about you but I would rather spend my money on stopping crime than promoting it.

As far as Captain Allegheny. I don't know her but from what I heard, she was fired because she supported Buchanan which I've never done. I don't support corruption or unfairness on either side. That's why I will not vote for Bucky!

You and I both know if you dig deep enough you can find a picture of Captain Alleghany doing exactly what the jailers in that surveillance camera photo are doing. And she is the reason you and some of the others are pretending to be so outraged at what was going on at the jail two years ago. Why didn't you speak up at the time it was happening? Could it be because you didn't want to see your buddies get in trouble? Your whole agenda is revenge against Price and Absher.

Bucky gave those pictured raises to work for him. What's wrong with that picture?

I am furious that Bucky has the audacity to run for Sheriff while ignoring the corruption under his own roof. Even now, after those pictures got out. What has he done to fix the problem??
