Now dog guess what I found while helping to clean out my dad's building where a few of my things were stored and upon locating my lock box@!! Fan mail from some flounder?? Nope!! Emails from old Jim I had printed out. I may have to read through them and see if I have the one where he lied and claimed I was one of the Grogan children he and liar brother used to play with. For one thing he would have never lowered his snobbish attitude to have played with any of those children even had they not have been there after his father bought the old Grogan place, ie the house I lived in. The only thing I remember about old Jim and Bill was that they were above playing with me and my brother and I hit him once with an apple. Should have been a big rock and it might have knocked a little commonsense into him. I believe I also have the one where he CLAIMED NOT TO KNOW WHO I WAS OR WHAT I WAS DOING LIVING ON HIS FATHERS PROPERTY!! I change nothing in the past. Their lies are well documented in that court record unless the county managed to disappear them which I would not put past them!!

Is it LEGAL when a lawyer who knows better because he drew up a **** lease to LIE AND PERJURE HIMSELF to a court judge claiming there was no lease?, Was it legal for anyone other than my husband or my father to tell anyone bank or otherwise what I would do with my property and when I would do it?, Was it legal to give a VERBAL EVICTION to a resident holding a registered lease fraud that it was?? Was it legal to give a FRAUDULENT LEASE to the FMHA??? Was it legal for any LANDLORDto stalk and harass a tenant to the point they cannot even go to work in peace without someone calling to tell you that an *** is harassing you dogs and deliberately trying to get dog not?, Is it legal to torch your own land and try to blame a person not even in this county?? Is it legal to COMMIT FRAUD by selling lousy investments and LIE to elderly people to get their savings leaving them with nothing until you get fired and HAVE TO RETIRE and hide in Puerto Rica or Florida?? Rather than face the truth you and dog have spent years claiming g Onever paid taxes or I did this or that. To hear you tell it I am a worse criminal than Jesse James or Ma Barker simply because I refused to allow the lawyers and Heafners to spin their own LIES about me. His biggest mistake was allowing Kilby to slander a relationship none of them knew crap about by claiming an affectionate relationship involving his own DECEASED FATHER and me. That is what I will never forgive, just as I will never forgive my mother's relatives for the torture they put my parents through knowingly. That is right Fins it took more than 2 years because I fought the lying. It took another 2 years with old Roger so no friggin wonder I have PTSD. Take it up with the news station and no according to everyone using me I had no rights. How would you like it if I went around telling a bank you never had any dealings with what you would do and when you would do it with your only home. Now another FACT JIm Heafner and his mother visited me over a year before that whole **** mess started. They asked that I accompany them on a walk up on that mountain which I was happy to do. Now don't you THINK the DECENT thing to have done was give me a head up on what Jim was about to pull?? He might have gotten what he wanted easier than he did with his better than you, do what I SAY BS!! He and Roger are the reason I hate that land LORD crap and would love in a friggin tent before I would set foot in any rental to live. Not in this friggin lifetime!! I don't care in what I have to live to back that up whether it's a tent, an old popup or a cave. I just read a while ago about a group that got together and got a woman evicted over car parking and blocking in another tenant and that is something to BRAG ABOUT??

First of all, that is incorrect. I dont know who gave WRAL their information, but they didnt consult the BAR association. NC does not have squatters rights. Squatters rights are Spanish law concept. NC is based on English law. because they were never rented to, they are trespassers and could be removed immediately. But USAA and the VA are big organizations that are afraid to do so.


That said, you were legally evicted by the court. it took well over 120 days to do so too. So stop lying.

5 On Your Side digs into squatters rights after neighbors' complaint

WILLOW SPRINGS, N.C. � People in a Wake County neighborhood tell 5 On Your Side squatters have taken over a foreclosed home on their street, damaging the property and making neighbors uneasy.
After a viewer tipped WRAL News off to what was happening, the 5 On Your Side team went to the neighborhood in Willow Springs.

There was a large box truck parked in the side yard of the home and a pickup truck in the driveway with no license plate. All the window shades were drawn and a garage door appeared to be damaged.

"No one is supposed to be in there, it's vacant," nextdoor neighbor Keith Purcell said.

The 5 On Your Side team met with a group of neighbors who said people have been living in the house for four months. The group tried contacting the foreclosed property's management company and law enforcement.

"The Sheriff's Department has been out there three times," Purcell said.

In North Carolina, squatters, or people who move into a home even though they don't own or rent it, still have rights. A property owner has to evict them, just like they would a tenant.

"Squatters are typically trying to figure out how to take possession of a property legally," Brian Pate, a realtor, said. "Often times, they know the rules to the game and they have the ability, because they know those rules, to cause massive confusion for the landlords."

Neighbors looked up property records and at the time, USAA was the owner. Neighbors said contacting them didn't go anywhere and everyone was getting more concerned about the strangers on their street.

"We don't know what to do," Purcell said. "We've been calling everybody. That's why you're here."

5 On Your Side tried to talk to the people in the home, but they didn't answer the door.

When we dug deeper, we discovered the ownership situation was complicated. A USAA contractor tried to transfer the deed over to the Department of Veterans Affairs, who backed the loan.

The VA told 5 On Your Side they denied the transfer because of a technical error. So, even though the deed was in the VA's name, they said they don't have any rights to the property. At this point, no one was claiming the right to evict.

"It's more common than people realize," Pate said.

He explained that because of the way homes are advertised, it can be easy for squatters to find targets.

"They can go online to almost any real estate website and you can look at the photographs and tell if the property is empty and vacant, a lot of times that's how they'll do it," Pate told us.

5 On Your Side learned a company called �Mr. Cooper Group' was managing the foreclosed property before the attempted transfer to the VA. When 5 On Your Side questioned them about the situation, they told us they were recalling the deed, inspecting the property immediately and removing any potential squatters.

That could easily take weeks, even months, for the eviction process to play out.

"Here in North Carolina it's generally 45 to 60 days in most cases, but it could extend beyond to 90 or 120 depending on the scenario," Pate said.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office opened an investigation after 5 On Your Side started asking questions. They are now talking with the property manager but say they can't release any other details at this time.

Makes you wonder what what Ashe County was playing at in 2004.
