4th Paragraph, when has the legislature or governor ever spent less in a tax year than the previous year? sounds like a bit of a shell game that will never pan out.

I don't see Ashe or Watauga getting 64 million in economic activity from expanding Medicaid, that's pie in the sky thinking, and we still have to pay for it, the idea we don't pay for it is . The feds don't cover full costs. We don't have enough doctors in the county now to support the current medicaid population, how will we expand it to cover more people?

Why are teachers and state employees getting raises in excess of the rate of inflation? Seems excessive. Don't tell me that teachers are underpaid in this county that's not true. (It may be true in Mecklenburg but Mecklenburg can raise their local taxes and pay a higher stipend if they wish).
