For someone that always used to complain about money, I see the former Pigs Fly owner has another brand new truck... Must be some major profits being made at Shatley Springs

Kristen’s loud, vulgar mouth trumps anything good that might be said about Shatley springs.

I liked Kristen when she was at the Coffee House, least I think she worked there. I have to admit I never went to When Pigs Fly, and the last time I went to Shatley Springs was when I took my mom for Mother's Day many years ago (decade or two the years wear thin on the mind). I do know Mom went with her classmates last year though. I wish Kristen the best. I'm not sure I'll travel out to Shatley's to get Barbecue though, I rarely eat it myself. I do enjoy Wings though.

Pigs fly was terrible.

Especially that one! Never ate Shatley except for like once 20 years ago. Will not step foot in there with that loud foul mouth running the place.

Shatley has had an A since 2017. Kristin had nothing to do with that.

Shatley Springs earned an A rating last Fall after Kristen Howell (Pig's Fly) took over. Planning to add her BBQ this Spring

Cabin Creek's score is higher than Osaka's right now :)

Apparently you don't check the scores. you'll find many of them have Bs over the last couple of years including Shatley Springs, Osaka, Shokudo's, Plaza De Sol, Havana Cafe, and many others. I mean this restaurants only been graded twice. It had a 96 its first inspection. This was only it's second. Some have several Bs over the years.

You might want to look at Osaka's. They have the Cabin Creek beat with a 85. Seems if you look through them they all get caught with their pants down.

OK. But the place has come up on the low scores regularly for years now, through multiple different businesses.
