Cuomo's begging for all of the ventilators in the country was absolutely . And his wanting other states to send doctors to NY was even worse. His logic that this outbreak is going to roll through one state at a time is as poorly thought out as his letting New Yorkers leave the state right now to head south. Roy should be setting up road blocks on the south bound lanes of I77.
