Yep, The girl that was marched on TV, In the local and statewide newspapers for allegedly having sex with inmate's after having worked a couple weeks... Dismissed. All 12-13 Felony Counts, dismissed.. no plea deal, no request, nothing, zilch... State dropped all bogus charges.
Smack.....Mickey, Ricky and Tickey in their rump roast... They tried their best to ruin this young girl for life over political reasons. Talk about a disgrace!

First off the DA can only go to trial if the grand jury indicts. As such there was sufficient evidence of three felonies and three misdemeanors committed by Buchanan that a Grand Jury indicted him on them. If the case was as weak as you say then Buchanan would never have cut a plea deal, and sadly the sweetheart plea deal he got is normal for politicians, just like Roark's.
