It was an historic grand event here a few years ago. If you missed it you really did miss something great. In the big city it would have been like a MAJOR urban renewal project. It involved squatters, eviction, and demolition of the disgusting heap they had destroyed by their years of neglect and non-existent self respect. It wasn't a rental agreement and it wasn't a purchase agreement which was a determination found by probably the most seasoned and wise attorneys in the SE US. What a grand day it was indeed.

We have been celebrating this holiday since 2006 which began on Christmas mountain. What a fitting place for a holiday to begin.
