Pork Chop, Capt isn’t making anything up. There is a long detailed story on GoYadkin of a case where Mickey used his badge to threaten and intimidate people. When they tried to exercise their rights and use the judicial system, he got a crooked judge to issue a warrant for arrest if they didn’t comply. The person’s attorney said the warrant was illegal because there was no cause, but it was a Friday afternoon. Mickey knew he could force the person to sit in jail over the weekend if they didn’t hand over what he wanted. He violated the privacy of hundreds of people with that information too, because he had no cause to get that info.

Here I know in one specific case he trumped up charges and coerced a convicted inmate to give a written statement against the person he wanted to try to get this person to turn on someone else. He didn’t care if any of the evidence or any of the testimonies were true. He just wanted to frame someone that he was convinced without evidence they were guilty. He is dangerous. But take that badge away and he’s a coward that would run from his own shadow.

When I done a background check on him, several things popped up against him. When I mentioned it on here, he sent me a message crying about it.. maybe he should consider getting a job as a birthday clown?

I believe Sheriff Hartley is doing the proper thing. The Country raised the funds and paid for the dog, if Mickey wants to keep it he should reimburse the county. After all the dog is not yet old enough to be retired. It would also probably cost the county more than 5000 today to replace the dog.
