So far Phil Howell is a let down in my book! He still needs to do some more house cleaning. GC,KG is still there and they were taking inmates out to smoke wasn't they? Still a lot of the same good ol boy system in place from what I've seen. I'M SO MAD!

I've been a critic of the jail and the department for a long time. I criticized the buddy system of James, Bucky, Sharon and corruption under Buchanan, Rick, Mickey and idiot Emmanuel.

The department, including the jail under Phil is in good shape. No doubt he will run into a few pitfalls that were set up by others along the way, but there's no mistaking, Phil wants to do a good job and to do whats right.

I need to apologize for creating this original post here on community voice. Nothing I said was true. At the time I posted this, I was going through a lot. I was angry at the world and having a hard time. I took my anger out on a public webpage, implying several things that were not the truth. Nothing I said was true. I do not know anything about any corruption at the Ashe County jail. The things I said could have hurt many people and caused unnecessary drama. I am now pregnant. I realize how much this child needs a good role model, and I could not imagine hurting someone’s child over petty drama. I need to apologize to anyone who read this, commented on this, and anyone I might have hurt. I pray I can be forgiven and become a person I am proud to be.

There is girl that used to shack up with a Eller that has several drug charges that has a court date of 2/14. She was on Mobile Patrol last week and was released. Like someone said many times the picture comes down after being released. The ACSO has no say what is or is not on Mobile Patrol. They don't even list the charges anymore.

The District Court quietly maintains a "last minute" docket that does not get widely circulated - you have to ask for it specifically, otherwise it 'doesn't exist'. When you call/visit the Court, ask them for their "Add-on" docket. They won't make a copy of it for you, but apparently if you show up - and ask for it - they'll let you see it.

It is. Mobile patrol has some weird policies where some listings are removed. I think it’s when a person is bailed out. But this feeds into the conspiracy idiots that always think someone else is getting something special.

Rumor is a certain Female got busted with a lot of meth and had a Bond set at 250,000. She is affiliated with money, the Ellers(Randall) and her Mother, Kathy. Heard that someone paid 2500.00 to someone not to have her picture on mobile patrol or have her in the paper. They also paid her bond. Money Talks, and she walks!
