Oh and please tell me how a curb matter can be grounds to evict someone when there is no **** curb to be found. That was in the contract for old Jims property at the old Three Top campground, he thought to push me to live on under his rule. We searched up abd dow NO CURB. Now why in **** would that want me to love on something else of his. Was he a complete or did he think I was??? I definitely did not need protection from pig farms when I spent 2 years of my life dealing with one.

Now Dog consider this how long before Christmas Mt Development corporation will become another corporation. If yourreasoning is correct in what was done to me then anyone buying into that HOA mess there will find themselves in the same situation I was. Deed and agreements INVALID and the court will go along with the thief. James H Heafner has already pulled it numerous time Christmas, Southpark Financial, Island Dreams, etc etc. Time after time okd Jim has pulled the same shady bs but the last time bit him in the *** abd he's still has pending lawsuits out the wazoo. Now they say fools are foubd every day. If you or anyone else buys into a 30 or 40 thousand dollar lot on that mountain and builds a couple hundred thousand dollar house, don't get to comfy because if old Jim has done that run one corporation into the ground name another and register that ponzi scheme and he will do it again unless he goes to the federal pen over this latest mess. Personally if I had several hundred thousand dollars I **** well would not deal with old Jim. He is a lying snake whose word isn't worth wiping your *** on and you may feel free to tell him so. All he is planning to do is incorporat again, raise those HOA fees so high that noone there can pay them then toss tgeir *** out and you may frame that statement for future reference.

No Dog owbership did not change. Old Jim just used his shady cook up a corporation routine that the Mecklinburg court called his *** on and Taylor Capital sued his *** for. Thats like claiming a cat is,a dog. Why exactly do you think his *** had to pay out of the mess he made. I should have sued his *** clear to Federal court and watched him lose everything but thats ok since hes's doing that now You can beat it all you want but shady deals are still shady deal and old Jim exelled at them until he got caught and now once,again hes paying. Isn't Karma hreat??? And just think he missed that GAG ORDER the court refused to push abd I can say what in **** I want and if its not true let him sue me, but I don't see that happening since facts are facts.

Will wonders never cease someone finally owned up to what he said. Fins for some of us packing up 31 years of our life isn't that simple. When Hal Heafner gave his permission for rooms to be attached to tgat mobilehome he was expecting someone to KEEP his PROMISE to me tgat I coukd live tge rest of my life there. The sons waited for him to die or cancer, then got their mother out of their way in a nursibg home, and tgen proceeded to do what tgey had planbed while tgeir father lay dyibg on his deathbed, to run through everything he valued. How tgey must have HATED that old man. Now you want to turn them into saints somethibg tgey never were, and I'm not either. The difference is I never claimed to be something I am not. They did, tgey want to be the GODS of tge HOA ruling over the pions. Will some of us tgat is tatamount to outright slavery something supposedly abolished years ago Why buy a property to have someone tell you what you can park, plant, or do?? Thats not owning something that is caretaking something that will never be yours. Abd the worse part is you are supposed to pay some jack*** like Jim Heafner to do that to you??? When I was looking for property the one thing the realtor I was working with was told was NO HOAS, don't even go there abd yes I webt tge real estate agent way. Had a good one probably the only one in Ashe who stood up to what I asked of him. We had made a deposite on a piece of property on Wibdy Hill and the owner upped tge price so he got told to shove it. It sat in a swamp and this greedy whatever thought it was worth twice what he listed it for and my tealtor told him I woukd not fall for it. So your theory tgat I WASNOT TRYIBG TO GET OUT OF OLD JIMS way just bit the dust Old Jim claimed not to know "how expensive land was in Ashe County, well he,also had no idea how long it would take to find something else either. So when I said you didn't know everything I meant what I said. If you think I am lying try to find a rental or a decently priced home in Ashe County.
