I have to say our family has been well taken care of by our realtor and mortgage broker. Unfortunately many of the house here in Ashe aren't worth what is being asked. The owners don't disclose issues with the property. We have discovered ternmites, flooding issues, rotten floor joists, and septic issues among other things while looking for a home. Our family will continue to use both our realtor and broker. They have been very help and on point when we call them.

I never said anything about the MLS, Stupid. I said required disclosures. These rip off websites don't know anything about state laws. And I'm not a broker. I do know how hard they actually work though. Given your poor grammar, you clearly couldn't handle the job.

I Have a total understanding of what you all do up there and very clear. And NO one is getting sued because the mls system would not update to pending. I just hope this posting leads one potential to try CLICK-IT so then they can tell their friends how it saves them money....

You have no ide what a broker does or how a sellers agent looks after their client. Hope you get sued because of lack of disclosure

If you are in the market to sell anything in Ashe County try something new in Lieu of what you been trying. All realtors in Ashe are totally spoiled and out of touch of the new era in Ashe. Back in time realtors sold and did not have to do anything.Property was just such a desire it just happened. Now they ALL forgot how to do anything besides get a listing and list it. I have had a home in that area for awhile and listed it through Click-it. Had multiple realtors from Ashe show it and even asking for a follow up call to advise how the showing went NEVER not even the first one to call back. On two occasions went up after the showing to find A/C set on 60 lights left on and doors unlocked. Had one from Wilkes show it and actually got a call while she was locking up. Had two from Boone and got calls as well.

So listen up YOU DO NOT NEED A SELLERS AGENT have click-it list it the same way a sellers agent would and just offer a buyers agent a commission. DO NOT PAY for nothing. We are now closing and everything went just as smooth and I saved $8,000. The realtor that sold this home is from Ashe and has done a excellent job for me and the buyers.
