I held my nose and voted for Howell I didn't care for the way things were going at the Sheriff Dept and felt it need change. I don't care for Howell either after the Houck ordeal but didn't have any other choice.

When Democrats retake the House and Senate, they'll set their aim at taking out Trump through impeachment. Then they'll follow through on their gun control agenda, etc... Guess what? If Bucky wins, as a Democrat, he is against gun ownership... and will follow the Democrat leadership and work towards taking your guns! - Howell on the other hand is a Republican and he will not honor any law that goes against the Constitution and your right to bear arms!.... (Vote for your values, not for an individual this round!) - And, just wait until the country opens its borders, we'll see more Hispanics in Ashe then citizen

I will get behind Howell this go around. Can't really say that I support anyone in the Liberal Democratic party these days.
The party is out of touch with the voters.

I would like to applaud these two great men for running a very clean campaign. For whoever wins on Tuesday, let's get behind and support them 100%. That being said, go PHIL.

Voted for positive change and a motivated, educated family man with tangible ideas and an eye for the community’s future. Voted for Howell (just like 90% of the people I know).

For the people that voted for Bucky (even Tabs): thank you for voting for the candidate you think is best. I disagree with your decision but I’m glad you took the time to vote.
