No, rat man had.a nudist colony. It's not the same thing. Just because someone is a nudist doesn't mean they swing. And swingers are often very discrete and not hanging out in nudist colonies.

Rat man used to have what many would classify as a swingers community on Old Highway 16 leading North away from Ashe County Park.
