Fins THERE WAS NEVER ANY CONTRACT, NONE,ZITCH. IN 6 **** years old Roger never carried out his end. But man they sure cooked up one for that judge. But **** who needs a **** conttact for admitted scam. If something isn't A BUYER -SELLER,NOT A RENTAL FUNNY SITUATION THEN WHAT IS LEFT BUT A DAM. SCAM admitted in the Ashe County court by ROGERS own **** lawyer -Jimmy REEVES. The judge told the man he woukd not get what he thought to SIT DOWN AND SHUT Go get the **** record at the Ashe Coubty courthouse, unless they have DISAPPEARED them like some other documents I can claim. A family member ifmine bought property off of old Roger and when they paid it off old ROGER said he woukd not give him a deed. That is a fact I did not know until after 2012. Had I know ole Roger would not have gotten a dime
Now if you know so **** much SHOW all here that CONTRACT. That was the first time in court I had ever seen a SCAMARTIST own lawyer admit to a SCAM, but **** in ASHE COUNTY that happens regularly depending on how much money someone has. Dirtiest crookedess court in .NC. Now since you claim so much prove it. Show us that CONTRACT with my signiature. In vase you have forgotten old Roger and wife allowed a patient at Hillview to lay outside and freeze to death. He should have been charged with NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE at the least. He had no intention of making anything legal in his scam but he **** well jumped at that money to pay his way out of the mess. Another thing the investigating officer in that death was a BUDDY of old Rogers. Don't tell me what I know since I have a copy of the WOMENS AUTOPSY REPORT. She was covered in BLOOD more than came from a simply fall and she was noton blood thinners at the time.

Fins NEWS for you I tried to give old Roger the payments and he REFUSED to take them making it clear the whole mess was a SCAM. He tried to change to trrms of our agreement and I never saw the contract he claimed he offered me. Like old Jim he tried to stack the terms and it bit his ***. Its on the court record under oath, although we all know what thats worth in Ashe, that he NEVER handed me a contract in the 6 years I was there. My own sister, the one I stay away from tried that crap and got the offer of the RECEIPTS proving payments totaling 34,000 dollars Roger Greer with the help of Jim Reeves SCAMMED me out of.

Ashe hiking mom I trued to buy my own place abd fot scammed royally when one of the attorneys in that Mulatto Mt. mess stuck his nose in where it was not wanted in order to get back abd me. They destroyed my one chance to have a place to live my life out. Some think that's funny. When rents in this county are as hight as morgagw payments then you might as well buy your own place. Then you don't have to always be afraid some day even though you have a lease the landlord dies and his sons just want money.

I have not heard her talk about suing anyone but you fellers on GoAshe. If you would be nicer maybe she would change her mind. Have you tried that yet?
Bill what do think about landlords requiring tenants to get the vaccine? Just so we don't get too far away from the topic again.

If you don't own the property you abide by the rules! How hard is that? When renting I was never asked to vacate a property because I wasn't following the rules drawn up in the rental agreement. The only time we were asked to move out was because the owner sold the place. They didn't tell us they were selling it, but I didn't go on a social media site and complain about it. I just moved on and bought my own place.

Hikingmom, I say it might be their property but its the tenants home. The only way to weed out the SLUMLORDS is to let them keep their property and avoid them like the plague. In the Massey situation I mentioned it was clear cut sexual discrimination. I always had an idea he did not see my daughter or I as his prospective wh*res. Had I had a phone at that time and recorded his syatement I and HUD would have sued him. As it he will never least anoth er rental theough Northwest Regional Housing. I actually feel sorry for those spending a fortune in this count for a 500 dollar a month rental that can't even let their kids take a bath for school without incurring a penalty. As I said I will provide a place for them to tell of the slumlords but I won't do it for them.

Back on track, I encourage people to tellothers of the good landlords. I was fortunate to have one of the best for almost 30 years. He never acted like I wasinferior. Ifhe wanted something done he called me and it was done. One of the real estatecompanies took ituppn themselves to put upsigns offering some of his land for sale. I called himin Lincolnton and he came up, saw the signs and said he woukd take care of it. When his old house burned down I sent him the findings of the fire department and I remember what he saud when I talked with him about putting my mobile home back there. He said I lost waymore than he did. I offered him rent numerous times and he would not accept it. He said all he wanted was someone to caretake his property. I told him once that I was sorry my trailer wasn't newer. He said you had to walk before you could run. I was lucky to see him once a year. Someone used to bring presents for my kids every Christmas but would not teop us who they were from. I always thought it was him. His wife was a principal in Lincolnton and she once nrough a set of encyclopedias for my kids and asked if I would take them. That is one reason I felt so badly about how his son's treated me. I had several landlords when I came back to Ashe from Caldwell. One of them threw us out in the middle of winter when I was 8 months pregnant. Maybe there are a habdfull of goid landlords in Ashe but I have yet to find one. People have a tendency to stay with the good ones but for every one good one there are ahundred bad ones who are little more than slumlords.

Arrow, I am sure those situations exist but I do know of several people who are satisfied and perfectly happy with their rented homes and how they are treated by their landlords so a shoutout to them for acting right.
Snot, as usual, your running your trap like you have a epiphany for us . We already know about discrimination laws and what they include. A lot of landlords already overlook drug use as long as tenants pay rent on time and it don't involve smoking. Wonder how long it will be before they start discriminating based on the vaccine. Some employers are not overlooking that. What if them fellers are landlords also?

Back on track. A lot of people consider their pets as family. I have one loittle chiweenie I refuse to give up. You can sayhe is my emotional support animal and underthe law a has to make accomadations for that. What tenabts just don't get us that they have rights under NC laws. You pay your rent you have the right to expect safe wiring, no leaky roofs, decent septic systems, rodent free etc. If you do not have basic safe decent housing and the LORD refuses to fix the problems you have the right to sue his ***, drag him before the magistrate and get a judgement against him. If he then evicts you, you have a lawsuit for retalatory eviction and sue for money. The feudal system is alive and well in this countr. You also have the right to your privacy and no landlord has the right to stalk and peek in you windows. They ate supposed to give 24 hours notice before entering your rental unless something like water pipe bursts are going on. They have to give you a certain amount of time to vacate inless the lease says otherwise. Believe me that lease is not worth the paper its on. Most judges in Ashe county are bought and paid for and the tenant gets robbed but **** take them to court anyway. I am not going to stand up and do things for people without the fortitude to stand up for their own rights. I keep the page and give tenants the right and a forum to air the crap slum lords are getting away with and yes indeed if you can prove it you are free to NAME them since theseslumlordsneeds theur crap aired so noone else rents from them. Oh and make certain if you go to view a property to rent and this is a tip from section 8 take your phone and RECORD EVERYTHING SAID. The owner of the dump I mentioned last name MASSEY made the statement to me that he only wanted to rent to a single man or a man abd wife, not two women. Had I had a phone record he would have been sued fir DISCRIMINATION. Don't expect HUD to protect your rights without documented proof. Also keep a video record of thing needing repairs if you ever expect to keep your rights.
