It looks like a broader ruling should be coming by the 15th.

Here's a link to the courts order it doesn't sound like there is a lot that the new owner can do.

The Tavern will have to move. It is just a matter of time.

Mark, judge Mike has told you that you will not interfere with the Tavern's business. I already told you that Fins and I will see to it that judge Mike locks you up next time. Our jail house is a loving one if you get my drift.

I almost forgot Mark, read that lease and that will tell you the moving date.

Someone should warn him that tampering with phone company property is frowned upon by the feds.

So that's why the tavern was all closed up on Tuesday? Not to mention that their patio was destroyed. Hubby and I went to have lunch there that day. We asked one of the construction workers what was going on and he muttered something about "just closed for today".

Wow - what an *** the new owner is!

This guy is pissing off people that have never even met him. He's burning his welcome to the area pretty fast. And I think he may have committed a federal offense when he tried cutting off phone and internet. Skyline should prosecute him for tampering with their equipment.

Well it is about time he gets some reprimanding. I've never spoke to this guy, but I would still cringe at the thoughts of him.

Judge Mike Duncan stuck it to the Jerk Mark Beck this morning at 909am. He may not disrupt the Taverns business in any way and must build a handicap ramp from the back street to the back of the building. This will require a permit. Also the jerk may only contact the tavern via attorney.

Of course you heard the news here on goashe first once again.

OSHA carries a big hickory stick for safety violations.

The Woodies are crazy as bat crap. They loaned Beck 625 thousand under the name Bridgetree investments. No wonder they are standing beside him.

And least we not forget on the back side of the old hotel the town owns a 10x80 strip of land that runs beside the old patio up beside the building.

Can one of you send me his social media? We need to get his info out and really make the public aware of him. We need to get people to boycott doing any business with the

The internet was reconnected that's why they were able to reopen yesterday. Beck is evil though. He couldn't careless about the town. I looked him up on the big social media site. He looks very arrogant.

I figured this was coming from Beck. He is going to disrupt the Tavern's business so much that they close. He is going to try and run them out of business. I would advise the Tavern to open that entrance back up on the side of the building. Beck is not the only one downtown doing unsafe construction on a building.

The contractors were throwing things from the balcony with people walking underneath. Tavern's WiFi was cut when the patio was destroyed. I heard the Hotel told the internet provider they had no right on his property.

And since when does the town or county not require an official document giving someone authorization to start grading or construction?
