Tips for Rhino lining an entire vehicle

My personal experience with the DIY products is very poor. The durability of the materials is no where near what the commercial products are. I did two truck beds with the across the counter products and found they were very easy to scratch. No adhesion problems as I sanded and prepared the surface as recommended.

I had Bob at Truck Toys do a truck for me over ten years ago, the only damage to the surface is where I dragged a pallet out that had a protruding nail.

I had Rhino Lining done a a truck 11 years ago at their place in Thomasville. If I remember right, it cost about $300 then. It takes all day for them to do it. When I sold the truck 2 weeks ago, it still did not have a tear in it. I don't know what it cost now, but regardless of cost, I am going to get it on my new truck. They use a cup brush on a grinder to remove or scuff up the paint first.

I am Rhino lining a vehicle and looking for information from anyone who has done this. What product did you use, did you prime it after sanding or just apply? How long ago, how is it holding up? I am leaning toward Dupli Color Bed Armor with Kevlar. TIA
