I think they just bought the fire trap in 2018 and without looking have a loan and insurance. One of the videos I saw had the building all in flames not anything not on fire the heat should have singed the side of the Todd fire house. The guy shooting the video can be heard saying I hope the fire department gets here quick. That was a understatement. I am leaning still toward Jewish lightening.

Dog, from what I understand, the owners just remodeled the building last year. Or maybe 2019. So they were likely in the hole pretty good during this economic shut down during the last 12 months. Personally, I'm surprised the tender box with that greasy grill in it hadn't gone up before.
