Your landlord story is moving and all - but not that much. I used to be a landlord too when I first moved back here and I had to kick out a single working guy who pretty much destroyed my rental property. The empty beer cans I had to remove once he left (owing three months rent) were like a truckload plus. And the dude decided in a drunken fit to paint the cream colored walls bright red...but in big splotches only. It was a mess.
