It happens here also. Second or successive burglaries are getting to be pretty commonplace. People will say that before they were victimized, they hardly ever saw a deputy. After the crime, they see them several times a day. That is why. They know the criminals are likely to return.

The drug trade has gotten out of hand in Ashe county. Thats why we have all these breaking and entering in the county. It may not get back under control, bufurt and his gang are thanks for that.

The reason the actual address or name of the burglary victim is never publicly revealed, should be obvious. After your insurance company pays you for your loss, what are you going to do? You are going to go buy new TV's, computers, chain saws, or whatever else was taken. Some low life thieves are smart enough to figure on that, and plan a second burglary. It happens all the time in Charlotte, Raleigh, and other places.

according to the ACL article, yes it was the homeowner that caught the suspect.

It never said it was the homeowner that held them.. read for comprehension- stop assuming so much.
