Dog this is not so much as she didn't know what she bought as tge fact one of Ashe Countys fine businesses was HIRED ÞO DO A JOB and failed to do the job they were paid five thousand dollars to do. It is the fact that as usual the court system once again sided with one of the good old boys clan. Now were I her I woukd skip the small claims court, get myself an attorney and sue his ***. If Ashe County court refused to dispebmnse justice I woukd apoeal it as far as it woukd go. I woukd also report said loust business and USE THE FRIGGIN NAME cause if its truth backed up by contracts abd receipts she cannot be sued for saying it. Now while I find it amusibg another one of those outsiders got screwed by a local I also realize tge riggt abd wrong of the situation. I didn't see her saying anything about not being satisfied wuth the property buy I woukd because it sound to me like it was totally UNSUITABLE FOR TGE PURPOSE she wanted it for so I woukd be looking at that real estate contract to see what was disclosed and don't you tell me a real estate company abd seller doesnot have to disclose. I looked at a house that a local realtor had listed and he was one of this coubty's best. He had to DICLOSE to me that the the former owner DIED UNDER THE DINING ROOM TABLE of a heart attack. He said if he failed to tell me and later I had found out that I could due him for failure to disclose. Said house was unsuited to my needs so I turned it down. This same realtor found ne an acre of labmnd and I made a deposit. Later the owner wanted to double the privmce for this acte of swamp and I told him to keep it an refund my deposit which was done. So I am not quite as stupid as you like to pretend. Only being desperate to get away frombJames Heafner abd keep my word got me tied up to old Roger's scam
So I suggest you know the whole **** story before name calling.

Krazy were it not a material fact she did not have to disclose squat. Again look up and educate yourself on due diligence and real estate laws of NC. Its a buyer beware state.

Now I just read an amusing story over on another site. Serms one of those newcomers, came here thinking they would make them a farmette for their golden years and no doubt purchased said swampland from one of our local realtors. She, yep it was a woman, hired a local to ditch and drain said swampland. 5 thousand dollars paid and ITS STILL SWAMPLAND. So off to the Ashe County small claims court and that court, guess what sided with the crooked businessman, big surprise there. So me being the ever helpful screwed over local who learned the hardway to trust noone in Ashe County or NC, local had some wonderful suggestions for this person
1. Put in a couple hundred ALLIGATORS and start a purse and boots business. 2. Contact the state Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. 3. Contact the Better Business Bureau. Or 4. Sell said swamp and book it as unchanged for 200 years with great views, and move elsewhere. Or get a popup camper and watch the county screech and try to change ordinances to block you. Another newcomer who bought the koolaid most of this county is serving and got taught a valuble lesson about Ashe County the coolest corner, but also the crookedest.
