It's called BOONDOCKING!!! Get ot right and from what I see it isn't costing this coubty squat. If it isn't bothering me then I see no reason why it should bother you. It simply means I have been kicked back to where I was in 1974. Guess I won't soon be alone.

I know when somrmething sits on the market for over a year something is not selling. There are lots in this area that have been on the market since I came backs here. Since 2006 as,far as I know there is one or two houses on Christmas Mt. Guess few people want to deal with old what's his face

Now apparently I did leave the **** property. I would not move back under old what's his face for all the money in ASHE COUNTY. I said in 2004 that something gotten the way he got what he wanted WOULD NEVER prosper and from what I have read it hasn't 377 days on the market when according to the real estate market the time is for March 21 days. Median prices down 31.6%. Sounds to me like the old market is beginning to experience a little trickle down now.
