Virgina Creeper is #1 with me. AND for those wanting to pump their muscles, they do start at the bottom and go up!!! If you are in it for intense exercise, you can complete the trail in 2.5 hours, enjoying the beautiful scenery requires more time.

I would have definitely approached the whole thing backwards by starting at the bottom and not took a hot girlfriend with me if it was not for your posts. Thanks for the advice.

Carry plenty of liquor and a hot girl friend. There are so many stops on the trail, the noise of the water is so calming it will slip her panties right off.
