Brannon's never been a real candidate. He's the stereotypical enigmatic candidate who wastes money on filing fees, a committee/website and schwag, yet never leaves the basement to campaign. As long as modern medicine continues to advance, allowing the blue hairs to dress up in their Sunday best and make it to the polls on Election Day, Foxx is safe for life.

2016 was the closest race she's had, I believe. And still, it's about impossible for any democract to get close to her

I've voted against her the last couple of times, it's long time she was gone (keep in mind I vote against anyone that's been in more than 2 terms, for whatever office.....)

I feel we need more variety of voices, and as I said when folks where joining the Trump train last year, that changing the President really doesn't do much, ultimately if you want real change you have to replace Congress who passes the laws....president only enforces them.

I thought Forsyth was a big stronghold for her. But either way, her district is so heavily republican, she doesn't have to do anything and will still win

I think she loses Forsyth also. Its a democrat hole.

Virginia doesn't do ****. Unfortunately the way her district is drawn, she doesn't have to do anything. Wilkes and especially Forsyth are so heavily weighted republican, she could be caught in a park naked feeding her dog peanut butter (if you don't get the reference, look it up) and still get elected. But she can't win her home county

Does Virginia Foxx ever hold Town Halls? I know she did a few telephone events early in the Obama years as part of the Tea Party stuff (mostly to stir up animosity toward the Affordable Care Act).
