I hope Jimmy rips rose and the town a new one

Shacking up is morally correct now? I grew up in Ashe and I know horses**t when I see or read it.

In my opinion Sands will be elected as long as he chooses to run......And I am a lifelong Democrat. Being a stand up human being and of good character matters to all Ashe County Voters. Unlike Perry, Rose and Roark, Sands puts the needs of the county before his own needs.

Mole would obviously have liked for a Dem to take the third spot just to see Sands defeated.

Now it’s time for Rose to get out of town. Every complaint counts!

McNeill and Dix were also elected, don't be so self centered.

I wonder if the election results would have been different if the democratic party would have ran three commissioner candidates instead of two. That was a major mistake on their part. After democrats voted for their two candidates, all they had left to vote for was a republican.

Perry will be so insignificant on the board one will have to ask if she is still serving. Is her insurance business still failing?

Moron, if McNeil had wanted to vote like Roark with Perry and Rose, he could have. Rose would have shown up to meetings if he could have been in the majority. Perry is a lame duck. If she had any dignity she would resign

You hide and watch.....in my opinion......it will be 4 to 1 against Perry until she learns to shut her stupid mouth and not run again. Just like Rose. Her other option is a beat down by her own party in the next primary.

Sandy man is running back to the cost already not even 24 hours after election he left town, his POWER play team is gone, he is in the minority and already regrets he is in office for two more years. Finally Dix and McNeill will not bow down to the ole folks home, Perry will have the voice she deserved. Who will be chairman of the board? Rhodes already said he is tired of having to drive back to Ashe to meetings while living at the coast, Sands made it plain and clear he is moving to the coast my question is why in the heck do we have two coastal residents making Ashe co. decisions. Go to people are clearly McNeill, Dix and Perry

Price, Poe and Perry are basically interchangeable. It makes little difference. They were out for themselves......not us.

The guilty ones were actually Roark, Rose and Perry. Not Price.....his sorry ness has been out of the picture for a while......thankfully.
