He stole money from people he misrepresebted investments, and lied too, he committed fraud that cost both the company and him 1.03 MILLION dollars. He is under Federal Investigation into loan fraud. South Carolina has kicked him to the curb in financial dealing there. He went to Puerto Rica and involved himself again in an investment firm there after which the finra smacked him down again. He will probably try to pay the feds off that is if he has anything left to bribe with which I doubt. I can go on and on but why bother since we know all of that bull was MY FAULT wasn't it?? From his scam corporations right on to fraud, probably a little money laundering in there somewhere from his record.
