Now I hardly think a woman married for 31 years to one man fits the definition of sl*t , DOG.

Oh and when did I admit to being a sl*t??? Was that in the same email where I said Jim would not dare to evict me when he already had done so illegally??? Now understand one thing. I did not particularly give a **** if I settled with old Jim or not. After catching him in line upon lie upon lie, I would have happily sat right where I was until he lost it all. Now explain to me what in hellwas so wrong with my expecting to be able to live in a home I bought and paid for with exactly the same thing I had there?? I worked for it, paid for it, landscaped and cleared that lot. Exactly what was wrong that I should not have expected what Jim Heafner took from me?? I still had almost 14 years left on my lease. The mobile home such as it was was mine. The furniture, appliances, storage building and the hundreds of jars of food in the root cellar we dug by hand. I never requested any medication that was Denise Lockett, Jim Heafner, William Heafner, and John Kilby. As far as I was concerned I would have been perfectly happy to live out the rest of my lease right where I was. But that was a little **** late after old Jim ran all over Ashe County telling banks and such what I would do and when when he had no **** right to do so. Any more than anyone has any right to tell anyone what I will do and when now. That is what cost their ***. Now tell me exactly what made me less of a human being than the next person??? I was holding a job, paying my Bill's, buying my own good, and not asking Ashe County for a **** thing. I don't want to hear the bull**** my lease died with Hal, not according to the fmha it didn't!!! I guess you know more than the fmha. You know more than the attorneys I talked with. Dog I will worry about ordinances when Ashe County starts enforcing them equally for everyone. What do Imean??? I shall explain!!! Let's take the local JUNKYARD right down the road. This county harassed Kyle Hayes until he shut down his junkyard business, his livelihood. Yet junk cats continue to grow right on this road along with a pile of garbage right in someone's doorway. Now James Heafner came into this county in 2004 and cut roads on the Mulatto Mt without barricades, sitting both one of the best water sources in this county and dumping sewage from my busted septic tank all the way to the New River in violation of not only COUNTY ORDINANCES but STATE. What did the county do??? Jump on me when I pointed out what was being done over a pile of **** firewood with a letter from Zack Edwardson telling me I needed a freaking junkyard permit. Then in February 2006 Jim Heafner demolished my one and only home WITHOUT A COUNTY PERMIT to do so!! Not only that he BURNED both that pile of firewood and the remains of that old mobile home. **** I would worry more about them wanting a permit for my sisters pile of firewood needing a junkyard permit than them harassing me about living in either my old popup or a Jayco. If you are a local they will harass your *** into bankruptcy with a permit to ever fart but let a crooked white collar criminal come into this county and they will forget all about ordinances and permits if that ***hat says DEVELOPMENT!!! I am living, breathing proof of how much Ashe County gives a **** about it's own people. Now would it look good on this county had I been sleeping in a car or tent during minus 4 degree weather and had frozen to death?? Do you think anyone would have heard about it anymore than they heard about that man freezing to death over near the Big Flatts Church?? Now there is a house sitting on top of the mountain near here built with all the permits and ordinances and you know what???The wind jerks the windows and doors right out of it. Ashe will soon have houses sliding off the side of the mountains just like Boone had and if they continue ignoring people like Jim Heafnee and let them get away with whatever they want then they will in a few years say farewell to the New River. Are tourists going to come into this county to enjoy the mud hole the New is becoming?? Will Ashe permit the houses being built in the middle of the river like they do those on the banks of the river?? Imay be a sick old woman but I have never been as stupid as this county is when turning it's back on it's own people and allowing outsiders to do as t well please and instead harass people like me who are just trying to survive after this county and its white collar welcome crook destroyed everything locals had ever worked for. So unless and until this county can stop the discrimination against it's own long time citizens don't expect me to lose a moment's sleep over ordinances and permits. My offer stands put up the cash and I will be more than happy to ordinance you into the same situation I am in and then I can make fun and look down my nose at you.
