Homie, what is it that you don't get? Experts have said that there is no stopping this virus. There is no reducing the number of cases or deaths. The only thing any of this does is spread the numbers out over time. That might be worth something, but it's not worth collapsing the economy. And the numbers show that Sweden has had no higher rate of fatalities than we have. What they did worked

Not really spread out anymore fins, doncha think? Many places in the south and south-west are now experiencing something close to the surge NYC saw. Why? They threw away the reopening guidelines that the White House (briefly, until GOP govs saw re-opening too soon as a grasping chance to kiss trump's butt hole) endorsed.
Oh well, let it rip! Trump is killing his own deranged, non-mask wearing base.

trump is done with covid19 but unfortunately for all of us - covid19 isn't done with us. We've never (well maybe since FDR) needed a good strong leader more than now and all he wants to think about is his re-election and some monuments.

Fin,the number of deaths could have been much lower if The Great Fabricator had not chosen to ignore the first warnings then after he could no longer deny it he downplayed it. And before you go into one of you childish rants "I've got ya, you've got no facts to back up what you saying" It was all on live newscasts, Oh but those evil liberals doctored those LIVE newscasts. Of course if we cut back on testing we'll find less positive cases ergo fewer deaths

I'm having a personality crisis maybe Dog, Ford or one of the other intellectuals who frequently regale us with their vast wisdom could help me? First Chen convinces me that as I'm a white anti-racist I'm a hypocrite, so I finally get used my new persona and along comes Fin, Fin proceeds to inform me that as I am able to recognize Down's Syndrome and Epilepsy I am a bigot, now I'm totally conflicted. Well my qualifications for recognizing Down's Syndrome come from my wife and I having been friends with three couples that had kids who were inflicted with Down's. We also knew two couples that had kids with epilepsy plus our grandson had it when he was a baby, As for anti-racism well that came from knowing it's just plain stipud to judge anyone by their race, ethnic origin, skin color or religion. Do I get a pass for being able to recognize rabies, or does make me an animal abuser?

Biden is just hanging out in his basement, running a few ads, wearing a mask on the few occasions he goes out, all laid back ya know - and yet he's STILL beating Trump in the polls. I think it's funny.
Trump is already acknowledging that he's probably going to get beaten...no second term plans. He just wants to get his buddies out of trouble (Stone, Flynn...), pack the courts with as many conservatives as he can and play some more rounds of golf.
What I don't find funny is trump trying to dismantle what's left of the ACA which will leave 23 million people with no more health insurance (during a pandemic!). And he has no plan B.

From the same place as I found out how to recognize Down's Syndrome, Epilepsy and Rabies they give out CS degrees, you know common sense. By the way were you just questioning my ability to recognize psychopathy or trying to say Trump doesn't exhibit these traits?

I am tired of the Democrats and their wishy washy way of dealing with Trump. He recently challenged Biden as to his physical capabilities. What did the Democrats do? Nothing. Biden should have been advised to counter with "You take an independent psychiatric exam and I'll have physical." Of course Trump would refuse knowing full well the outcome of such an exam. Apart from his deranged Twitters, Trump has frequently exhibited the following traits in public and on live TV broadcasts" narcissism, intolerance of criticism, denial of liability, distortion of the truth and outright lying, lack of compassion and lack of sympathy. Do the math and these attributes add up to Psycopath! Biden could hang this on Trumps carcass and beat it like a drum, will he? No! As I've said before " You don't fight political thugs like Trump and right wing Republicans by playing fair, they sure don't play fair. .
